With nearly two decades of experience in the industry, Samuel has become one of the most sought-after stylists in the Franklin area. His unwavering dedication to his craft and his loyal clientele have allowed him to hone his skills and create a space that caters to all. Samuel is committed to supporting the local community and has built strong relationships with fellow business owners in the area.

At The Parker House, collaboration is key. Samuel loves working with local talent, from hair and makeup artists to stylists and videographers, to create stunning fashion-forward photo shoots. The results are often featured in Franklin Lifestyle Magazine, showcasing the collective talents of the team.

Beginning her career as a professional model, Alana then expanded her portfolio to include acting, showcasing her versatility and passion for performance. Jessica Miller is a master bridal and event stylist located in Nashville, Tennessee. Ever since Jessica was young, she has had a passion for all things hair. “It’s always come naturally to me” says Jessica. With over 11 years experience in the industry, Jessica is known for her intricate braiding styles and effortless, textured updos. From bridal to the red carpet, Jessica likes to keep an open mind and let her creativity lead the way with every style she creates. Along with Jessica’s celebrity clientele, her work has been featured on several platforms such as People Magazine, CMT, Beyond the Ponytail, and American Salon. Whether Jessica is working with a celebrity, model, or a bride, she creates looks that are on trend and tailored to each client’s features, and never does the exact same style twice. “We all have little things about each of us that makes us different. I believe hair should always be manipulated and tweaked based on the client’s features, and personality.”

Monica Silacci is a master hairstylist and colorist with over a decade of expertise, recently transitioning from California to Tennessee. Specializing in luxury hair care, she creates flawless lived-in color, balayage, and expert color corrections, all tailored to enhance each client’s unique style.

Committed to using premium products, Monica ensures the integrity of her clients’ hair while delivering stunning, long-lasting results. Certified in Brazilian blowouts, and offering a comprehensive range of services she also remains dedicated to ongoing education, Monica believes that staying at the forefront of the latest industry trends and techniques is imperative to a long lasting relationship with her clients.

Known for her warmth and attentiveness, Monica takes the time to understand each client’s vision, ensuring a personalized, high-end experience with each and every visit.

With over 18 years of experience in the hair industry, Cory James brings a legacy of innovation, precision, and passion to The Parker House. His journey began under the mentorship of celebrity stylist Ken Paves and continued at the renowned Nine Zero One Salon in Los Angeles, where he honed his craft working with a diverse and elite clientele.

Cory specializes in modern classic women’s cuts, timeless silhouettes elevated with a lived-in, effortless finish. Each look is fully customized, reflecting his deep belief that hair should be as unique as the individual wearing it. Recognizing an underserved need within the industry, Cory also pioneered a refined approach to men’s grooming, creating elevated experiences tailored specifically for the modern man.

A dedicated educator for more than a decade, Cory is passionate about mentoring the next generation of stylists and pushing the boundaries of the hair industry. Now calling Tennessee home, he embraces country living, spending his time outdoors, listening to music, and enjoying the simple pleasures of rural life.

Brenna’s journey in the beauty industry started early—she began cosmetology school in Las Vegas while still in high school and graduated at just 18 with both her license and degree. From the start, her passion for hair and makeup has driven her to continually grow, learning from top artists across the country and perfecting her craft in glam, weddings, lived-in color, blonding, and hidden bead extensions.

With a fun-loving, bubbly personality, Brenna is all about making every appointment an enjoyable experience. She’s a team player who truly listens to her clients, helping them achieve their hair goals with expertise and enthusiasm. Whether it’s enhancing volume with extensions or creating the perfect blonde, she ensures her clients leave feeling confident and beautiful.

Beyond the salon, Brenna loves coffee, fashion, fitness, hiking, and all things wellness. She’s passionate about self-improvement, healthy living, and embracing the things she loves—like country line dancing, horses, and her dog, Nash. With a heart for Jesus and a dedication to her craft, Brenna is not just a hairstylist—she’s a friend who brings joy and expertise to every client she works with.

Sarahy Soumeillan brings nearly six years of experience in the beauty industry, specializing in dimensional color, corrective work, and precision cutting. Her passion for hair is matched by her commitment to creating styles that reflect each client’s personality and vision, whether it’s a fresh everyday look or something special for a major event.

As a professional makeup artist, Sarahy also specializes in bridal and lifestyle/photoshoot makeup. She loves enhancing her clients’ natural beauty and believes makeup should reflect who you are while making you feel your absolute best. From soft and natural to bold and dramatic, her artistry is always tailored to you.

Originally a client at The Parker House on Main, Sarahy has now joined the team—and fits right in. Her warm personality, dedication to her craft, and eye for detail make her a true asset to our salon family.

With over 20 years of experience in the hair industry, Tami Moreno brings both heart and expertise to every guest she serves. After relocating to Franklin, TN three years ago in search of a new chapter and fresh inspiration, she found her perfect fit at The Parker House on Main, a place whose refined yet welcoming aesthetic mirrors her own professional values.

When she arrived in Tennessee, Tami began working in a men’s barbershop, where she refined her skills and developed a deep connection with the male grooming experience. Now, she’s excited to return to a full salon environment and is embracing the opportunity to grow with The Parker House on Main.

She fits seamlessly into The Parker House’s “down-to-luxury” atmosphere, where elevated service meets Southern charm. Guests in Tami’s chair can expect not only expert craftsmanship but a genuine connection, shared laughter, and a radiant smile that makes every visit feel like home.

My love for hair started back in middle school, and I knew right away this was the career for me. I specialize in modern blondes, dimensional brunettes, natural color, and all types of cuts. I’m passionate about creating looks that feel easy, natural, and perfectly suited to each client.

When I’m not behind the chair, you can usually find me line dancing, hunting for vintage finds, or grabbing coffee downtown with my sisters and friends. I enjoy getting to know my clients and making sure they leave feeling refreshed, confident, and excited about their style.

Originally from Kingsport, East Tennessee, Lexi is a fresh and passionate addition to The Parker House on Main team. As a young and driven stylist, she brings energy, creativity, and a true love for her craft. Lexi is especially passionate about blonding, haircutting, and extensions, and she takes pride in making each client feel seen, confident, and cared for.

Her warm personality and attention to detail make her a natural fit for building lasting relationships and delivering beautiful, personalized results.

Originally from Minnesota, Tammy Alexander has an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for design, event planning, and hospitality. She has worked as a wedding coordinator and has always loved creating—from wedding dresses to home décor. Currently, she is developing her own jewelry line and exploring the craft of bespoke hat-making.

After moving to Nashville full-time in 2022, Tammy enjoys music, horseback riding, and discovering all the city has to offer. A proud mother of three grown children, she brings warmth, creativity, and a personal touch to every guest’s experience at The Parker House on Main.
