Ever since Jessica was young, she has had a passion for all things hair. “It’s always come naturally to me” says Jessica. With over 11 years experience in the industry, Jessica is known for her intricate braiding styles and effortless, textured updos. From bridal to the red carpet, Jessica likes to keep an open mind and let her creativity lead the way with every style she creates. Along with Jessica’s celebrity clientele, her work has been featured on several platforms such as People Magazine, CMT, Beyond the Ponytail, and American Salon. Whether Jessica is working with a celebrity, model, or a bride, she creates looks that are on trend and tailored to each client’s features, and never does the exact same style twice. “We all have little things about each of us that makes us different. I believe hair should always be manipulated and tweaked based on the client’s features, and personality.”

Monica Silacci is a master hairstylist and colorist with over a decade of expertise, recently transitioning from California to Tennessee. Specializing in luxury hair care, she creates flawless lived-in color, balayage, and expert color corrections, all tailored to enhance each client’s unique style.

Formerly the owner of her own salon, Jaclyn is renowned for her expertise in blonding, balayage, lived-in color, and dimensional highlights. She is especially known for creating natural-looking results that feel effortless yet unmistakably refined. Her work spans luminous blondes, seamless balayage, customized gray coverage, corrective color, long hair, pixies, expertly layered cuts, and precision curly haircuts, each service thoughtfully tailored to the individual.

A published freelance artist and Lead Master Stylist, Misty trained under Paul Mitchell legends Jeanne Braa and Natalie Snyder and has worked with A-list and local celebrities, international rockstars, editorial clients, and discerning clientele throughout her career.

Misty believes great hair starts with truly seeing the person in the chair. She especially loves a great makeover, creating dimensional color, lived-in balayage, elevated pixies, textured ’70s shags, and signature looks that feel completely authentic.

Misty has also enjoyed a successful second career as an internationally represented commercial model and actress, with credits including Seagram’s 7, Milo’s, Nashville 9-1-1, and Scarpetta with Nicole Kidman.

With 20 years in the hair industry, Ariel’s career has taken her from behind the chair to classrooms, photo shoots, commercial sets, editorial work, and everywhere in between.

She’s had the opportunity to study under some of the industry’s most respected hairstylists, including Sam Villa, William DeRidder, Pascal Bensimmon, and Philip Foresto.

For more than a decade, Ariel has worked as Lead Hair Designer on large commercial productions for brands including Secret, Hero Cosmetics, Nutribullet, Not Your Mother’s, and Liquid Death. As a certified Redken Ambassador, she also spent years educating fellow stylists at Chattanooga’s largest salon. Still, her favorite place to be is right behind the chair.

Ariel is all about individuality. She loves hair with personality, a little edge, and plenty of character. Her approach blends technical experience with creativity because, after 20 years, she knows the best hair isn’t always the safest hair.

When she’s not doing hair, Ariel is a tattoo-loving, plant-collecting (and occasionally plant-killing), card-game-playing single mom to a hilarious 6-year-old son. Her life is equal parts creativity, chaos, and trying to remember where she put her keys.

Shiloh Whitten is a Junior Stylist at The Parker House on Main, specializing in dimensional blonding, lived-in color, and effortless, natural-looking hair. A perfectionist at heart, she approaches every appointment with intention, precision, and an eye for creating modern, dimensional color that feels unique to each client.

Passionate about continued education, Shiloh stays current with evolving techniques while keeping the health and integrity of the hair at the forefront.

Music has always been part of Shiloh’s story. Her grandfather played drums with The Beatles, while her aunt has worked alongside bands and musicians in Nashville.

Growing up surrounded by musicians, artists, and Nashville’s creative energy has given Shiloh a natural appreciation for the music and culture that make the city unique.

Outside the salon, Shiloh is equal parts girlie and tomboy. She loves all things sports, concerts, coffee shops, shopping, traveling, and a little adventure. With her signature smile, striking brown eyes, and great sense of humor, she brings a fun, effortless energy to The Parker House, along with an impeccable eye for detail and a preference for savory over sweet.

A born-and-raised Franklin, Tennessee native and current student at Aveda Nashville, Ella brings an infectious energy and bright personality to the salon. She’s truly one of the most fun people to be around and has quickly become a favorite among our team and everyone she meets.

As Samuel’s assistant, Ella is gaining hands-on experience in a luxury salon environment while learning, growing, and building her skills in the beauty industry. She has a natural ability to make people feel comfortable, cared for, and right at home.

When she’s not at the salon, you’ll most likely find Ella lakeside. She loves wake surfing, cooking, off-roading, spending time outdoors, and adventuring with her husband and her dog, Winchester—who is even known to surf alongside her. A true animal lover, Ella brings that same warmth and enthusiasm to everything she does.

Ella is excited to continue her education at Aveda Nashville, learn from Samuel and the talented team at The Parker House, and build her future in the beauty and hair industry.

Hayden is a cosmetology student at Mark Anthony School of Cosmetology in Columbia, Tennessee, and an assisting stylist at The Parker House on Main. Her passion for beauty was inspired by her sister, Katie Rock, and has grown into a love for creating beautiful, confidence giving experiences for others.

Under Samuel’s guidance, Hayden is building her foundation behind the chair assisting, learning, and refining her technique as she continues her education. She is especially drawn to dimensional color and looks forward to growing her expertise in cutting and extensions.

With an easygoing spirit and genuine warmth, Hayden has a natural way of making people feel at ease. Her faith is at the heart of her work, and she sees cosmetology as an opportunity to serve others through both her craft and her presence.
